Decision Required: None.
The Town has filed and received a response from the State. The Town Attorney will brief the Mayor and Council regarding the scheduled hearing in December.
2. Communications/Technology Committee Report

Decision Required: Whether to pursue.
The Mayor has added this item to the agenda and will address.
4. Street Light Request – Ward 6
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
The Councilmember, upon the request of constituents, asked for a potential location and cost for the installation of a street light on Oak Forest Court. Attached is a memorandum regarding the particulars.
5. Discussion Grant Request – Streetlight and Water Discharge Policy
Decision Required: Whether to amend.
The Mayor has placed this item to the agenda and will address. See attached policies.
6. Discussion – Holiday Decorating Contest
Decision Required: When to hold the judging and who will judge.
The Mayor has added this item to the agenda and will address.
7. 47th Delegation Meeting
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor has placed this item on the agenda by the Mayor and will address.
8. Approval Grant Procedures
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This item has been on previous Worksessions and has been altered to include edits. This item appeared on a previous agenda and attempts to address requests for Town grants. The Mayor and Council noted that this process would be used in the FY12 Budget year. The Mayor and Council must approve the process and criteria.

10. Take a Cop to Shop Grant Request
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
This grant request is being submitted in order to fund a program for underprivileged youth in the community. See attached application.
11. Boys and Girls Club Grant Request
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
This grant request is being submitted in order to fund a program for space rentals for the youth in the community. The application has not yet been submitted.
